You can delete them, they were supposed to be used for tournament, and now failed. They take away games from "real" ladders atm.
Perhaps there could be a lightning ladder instead?

i just won a game but i did earn points because it was saying:you need to be at least 3

Whoa, a LIGHTNING ladder! I think nobody has noticed it, Voobly should make a post stating "New ladder : Lightning, check it out" or something like that.
